RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accounting for projects co-financed by public funds
- Drafting payment applications/clearing-up, contract amendments, etc
- Ensuring that the project costs are correctly recorded in accounting records
- Preparing project operational documentation

- Cooperations with financing institutions and project partners
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree (preferably in Management, Finance and Accounting or a related field)
- Knowledge of the principles of implementing projects co-financed under National Operational Programs, i.e. POIR and EU Framework Programs (Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe)
- Experience in accounting for research and development projects financed from European funds by institutions such as NCBR, EC and others

RAMS Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- We are currently recruiting for the role of a RAMS engineer who will give his/her expertise and support Nevomo with RAMS analyses for the product’s systems and subsystems with a particular focus on new transportation solutions. He/she will also be involved in the development of maintenance regimes, concepts of operations, and various safety assessments required in the whole product life cycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing the RAMS analyses according to EN50126-x you are in charge of, as per the applicable instructions/processes and other specific requirements committed to the customer
- Addressing Customer/Independent parties (ISA, NoBo, DeBo, etc.) comments to get its approval on the RAMS deliverables
- Supporting the Nevomo team with maintenance regime design, the concept of operations, and risk assessments (402/2013) for new transportation systems
- Contributing to the assessment of the RAMS performance of the product and to the upstream identification of the necessary RAMS requirements to ensure the achievement of the RAMS targets
- To apply the Nevomo rules & processes to your activities in particular those dedicated to RAMS activities
- Reporting on the progress of activities and alerting the supervisor in case of difficulty
- Having a proactive challenging view of the RAMS data/results you handle to enhance the adequacy/consistency of the RAMS studies and requirements
- Having a technical understanding of the Nevomo products in order to better assess the safety performance and potential areas of improvement
- Adopting a product-oriented mindset in performing RAMS studies

Senior engineer – Traffic Management System
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- We are currently recruiting for the role of Senior engineer – Traffic Management System who will bring value to Nevomo in TMS solutions, and traffic automation during the whole product life cycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing TMS architectures, requirements, guidelines, and subsystems for Nevomo’s transportation systems and being a technical decision-maker from Nevomo’s side on the TMS topic
- Cooperating with external partners to develop and deploy TMS on-site in our test and pilot facilities
- Working together with the R&D team on the integration and deployment of the TMS solutions with the Nevomo subsystems
- Partnering with standardization and RAMS specialists in Nevomo to ensure that the system meets the regulatory and RAMS requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in railway TMS at similar positions
- Strong technical background – Master in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
- Deep knowledge of the traffic management systems in guided transport with a specific focus on railways (ERTMS L2&3, ATO/ATP, national systems, etc.) and other rail-guided transport (autonomous metro systems, CBTC solutions, GoA3/4 etc.)
- Time management skills

- Coding experience of TMS systems in .NET, C# is in plus

Head of Standarization, Certification and Authorization
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- We are currently recruiting for the role of Head of Standardization, Certification, and Authorization (SC&A) who is essential to shape the SC&A workflows, and processes within a company, defining the complete paths towards product authorization, and participating along with providing expertise in the national and global processes for hyperloop and hyperloop-derived solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishing and leading the standardization and homologation processes of products developed within the Nevomo Group
- Leading the cooperation with the standardization and homologation authorities (DeBo, AsBo, NoBo, ISA, regulatory bodies, etc.)
- Active participation in hyperloop standardization activities within the European joint standardization committee (under CEN/CENELEC) for hyperloop systems (JTC20) and its working groups
- Representing Nevomo’s interest in standardization, certification, and authorization activities in cooperation with external parties
- Preparing standardization contributions and detailed review of the contributions from other parties
- Proactive providing of standardization expertise for the engineering and business departments and support on the latest standards and regulations requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of experience in systems standardization and authorization in a similar position – railway industry experience is considered a plus
- Experience in CMS processes (402/2013)
- Technical background essential for understanding Nevomo’s systems and technology at a general level

Electromagnetic Systems Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and testing of electromagnetic systems
- Conducting numerical calculations required for the development of the electromagnetic drive of the magnetic railway
- Conducting numerical calculations required to develop a magnetic rail suspension system
- Keeping technical documentation of designed systems
- Contact with suppliers and partners
- Collaboration with other teams
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher technical education in the field of electrical engineering or related
- Experience in the specialty of at least one of the following: rotary electric machines, linear electric machines, magnetic bearings, magnetic field theory
- Fluent use of numerical computing programs, in particular Ansys Maxwell and FEMM
- Good knowledge of programs: AutoCAD, Matlab Market
- Knowledge of technology used in maglev and hyperloop vehicles
- Experience in the fields of: electric drives, power supply of electric drive systems
- Ability to work in project groups
- Very good command of the English language (minimum C1 level)

Power Electronics Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- In the offered position, you will work on the design of power converter systems and propulsion systems for the magnetic railway and the hyperloop railway. You will also work on the development of algorithms for controlling linear motors and power supply converter systems. You will also be responsible for the implementation of converter systems management and monitoring systems. As part of your duties, you will be responsible for developing numerical models of power electronic systems, conducting simulation and hardware-in-the-loop research, implementing control algorithms on signal microcontrollers, building prototype systems and conducting experimental research. You will also take part in the entire production cycle from concept through design, implementation, testing and certification of the solution. You will work in an international team cooperating with industry specialists from machine learning and data science, embedded systems, as well as a team of design mechanics.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education in the field of electrical engineering, power electronics, electromechanics, automation, electric vehicle engineering or related
- Min. 2 years of experience in working with converter drive systems or converter energy conversion systems
- Knowledge of the design of converter systems, control algorithms, among others vector control, digital signal processing, control theory, converter theory, modeling of discrete dynamical systems
- Knowledge of TI controllers from the C2000 environement
- Experience in modeling and simulation of converter systems (PLECS / PSIM / Simscape)
- Experience in PCB design
- Very ood command of the C language - programming of signal microcontrollers
- Knowledge of VHDL is welcome
- Good command of English (work in an international team)

Embedded Systems Developer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- In position, you will work on the development of firmware that supports the measuring devices created by our team. The developed software is responsible both for data acquisition from supported sensors as well as for their processing and sending to the cloud. As part of your duties, you will not only be responsible for the implementation, but you will also take part in the entire production cycle from concept through design, implementation, testing and certification of the solution. Working in our team is not limited to spending time in front of the computer. As a programmer of embedded systems, you will take part in the commissioning and testing of a prototype device mounted on a railway vehicle. An important aspect of your work will be the cooperation of, among others with a team of machine learning and data science specialists, as well as a team of design mechanics. You will be responsible for defining interfaces and determining design requirements for other teams working on the solution.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education in the field of Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics or related
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a related area
- Knowledge of C and C ++ programming languages
- Knowledge of Git
- Knowledge of English at B2 level

Electronics Technician
