KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement RAM strategies for railway projects in line with industry standards (e.g., EN 50126, EN 50129)
  • Conduct detailed RAM analyses to enhance system performance and reduce lifecycle costs
  • Define and monitor key reliability metrics for rolling stock, trackside equipment, and control systems
  • Support failure mode analysis (FMEA, FTA) and reliability testing alongside the engineering team
  • Work closely with homologation and safety teams to meet regulatory compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with external suppliers, certification bodies, and operators to ensure RAM strategies meet operational needs
  • Document and report RAMS findings, contributing to the product lifecycle from concept to certification

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in RAM engineering (preferably in the railway sector)
  • Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or related fields)
  • In-depth knowledge of railway system reliability standards (e.g., EN 50126, EN 50129)
  • Proficiency in RAM analysis methods and tools (FMEA, FTA, RBD)
  • Experience with predictive maintenance strategies and condition-based monitoring
  • Strong analytical and structured working approach with a hands-on attitude
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken technical documentation)
  • Familiarity with software tools like ReliaSoft, Isograph, or similar is a plus
  • Experience with railway signaling, rolling stock, or infrastructure projects is highly desirable
  • German language skills are an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Planning and implementation of purchasing strategy
  • Developing, creating, and implementing a comprehensive purchasing strategy in accordance with the organization's objectives

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Developing TMS(including ATP and ATO) architecture under the consideration of railway standards and requirements, developing subsystems for Nevomo’s transportation systems and being a technical decision-maker from Nevomo’s side on the TMS topic
  • Cooperating with external partners to develop and deploy TMS on-site in our test and pilot facilities and customers from all over the world

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in railway TMS at similar positions

  • Deep knowledge of the traffic management systems in guided transport with a specific focus on railways (ERTMS L2&3, ATO/ATP, national systems, etc.) and other rail-guided transport (autonomous metro systems, CBTC solutions, GoA3/4 etc.)
  • Time management skills

  • English operational in reading and writing for technical documentation
  • Experience in working with the V-Model and the CSM
  • Coding experience of TMS systems in .NET, C# is in plus

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of the design of converter systems, control algorithms, among others vector control, digital signal processing, control theory, converter theory, modeling of discrete dynamical systems
